Single-molecule TIRF:

Built in collaboration with the Bio-Imaging Unit, this bespoke single-molecule microscope is capable of TIRF, HILO, dSTORM and narrowfield/slimfield imaging across the visible spectrum (excitation at 488, 561, 639, 702nm).

Gravityscope:

We built a bespoke fluorescence microscope and microfluidics platform, in collaboration with the Prakash lab at Stanford, to operate in microgravity on board a European Space Agency parabolic flight. Gravityscope is resistant to vibration and inertial forces, as well as water-tight. We are now seeking collaborators for further microgravity research or research in extreme environments.
