We’ve written several software packages for single-molecule and other image analysis, including:

Single-molecule tools – a suite of MATLAB based tracking and quantification tools for single-molecule imaging.

PySTACHIO – a Python implementation of many of the single-molecule tools above and more

FRETzel – a tool for using FRET based biosensors in complex populations of cells. FRETzel allows easy identification of cells and quantification of biosensor signals.
